Trevor
Click here to learn more about aplastic anemia.
Here is a picture of Ryan and Trevor today. He tires very easily. All the kids got to play in the court today because it was a beautiful day. It is hard to believe it is December and almost Christmas. Where is the snow?
A friend of theirs is having a fundraiser for him to help with medical expenses and to show him support. This is from their caring bridge site.
ATTENTION!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!
Molly Frogge, a friend of mine, has ordered silicone bracelets for Trevor. This will be a fundraiser for him. They are red and white to represent the red and white blood cells. They read: Together 4 Trevor on one side and Phil. 4:13 on the other side. If anyone would like to order these bracelets, you may contact me (davisl5@gcsnc.com), Molly Frogge (froggerx4@yahoo.com) or Tory Rule (trule@triad.rr.com). The price is $3.00 for each bracelet. They may also be shipped to you for an additional $1.00. You may also write a check. Make checks out to Leslie Davis. In the memo line put: Trevor Davis Fund
I would love to see people wearing these bracelets to help support Trevor and get him through this hard time. Together 4 Trevor
Christmas Party at School-No school til January.

Jack's 1st Visit to the Dentist
Jack went to the dentist today. His favorite thing was when the hygienist was using the suction thing that looks like a straw. He got the biggest kick out of that. He would close his mouth on it and it would make a funny noise. He also liked picking out 2 prizes and getting a new toothbrush.
The dentist told us we need to work on getting rid of the paci by the time he is 4. We got rid of Ryan's paci when he was 3. We took it to the hospital to give it to the babies. It was very easy. He didn't give us a fight.
Jack is giving us a fight. We are not being very forceful about taking it because we don't want Jack to give up naps. I should rephrase that. I don't want Jack to stop taking naps. What difference does it make to Chad? He isn't here during the day.
When Ryan got rid of his paci-he got rid of naps. Naps are very important around here. It is very nice that 2 out of the 3 boys take long naps. I don't want to mess up a good thing...but then again....if we don't fight this fight....we are looking at high orthodontic bills in our future.

Our Gingerbread House
After making the house..they were told to go to bed. The look on their faces says it all. These are little boys that do NOT want to go to bed. They are NOT very happy.
I thought he was in bed but apparantly he was up writing a letter to Santa too for Joey to take.
Santa Visit #2
We went to see Santa again today. Every year he arrives on a fire truck. Our first visit with Santa was at Ryan's school. Today, Ryan told Santa that he wants a "game thing." Hmmm....what is a "game thing?" Jack wants a Lambourghinni(sp?)
