To the few of you that come and visit and wonder where I've been. My computer has been down and a dear friend of mine just recently got it to work.
Not having a computer...I'm behind in blogging, uploading photos, scrapbooking, reading blogs.
Now we are heading into the holidays...where I will be busy visiting with the family and traveling.
I will be updating my blog hopefully after Thanksgiving.
Thank you for coming to visit.

Trip to PA to see my bro
You just might crash on a big wheel-ya better put some knee and elbow pads on!
Here's Jack
Here's Jack
Here is my sister in law, my niece and nephew holding our baby Evan.
Of course, the boys rode bikes while we were there.
A pic of Chad and I at the park near my brother's house.
We did not plan for them to all be in green. We walked around the corner to the playground-Jack had to stay back because he was in time out. He was supposed to meet us at the park with my brother but they never came. We made it back before my brother got ready. Imagine that! It was hard to have all the kids in one spot and cooperating.....so here are 3 of the 5 kids.
Here are 4 of the 5 kids. This pic was taken before we left to come back to NC. My nephew didn't want to be in the pic.

We didn't plan this either-they were all in blue- and again my nephew was photo shy.

Good food and friends-great combo
Look at those good lookin' boys! Whew-they must keep their mama busy-they are close in age-time for another one!
These boys are looking over the fence to see what kind of strange animal is making that crazy noise. See video.
Listen to that strange noise-the dog next door does this every day before he is fed.
Here -the kids are having a blast with their ice cream cookie sandwiches.

Just for you Ms. Furious!
I have so slacked on my blogging because I've been messing around setting up wi-fi on my computer in order to use my birthday present from my family. I got an Ey-fi card for my camera and it is totally awesome. It uploads my pictures automatically to any online account I choose...ie. flickr, snapfish, costco etc. It took me a week to figure our how to hook up my router and wireless adapter. Yes...I'm computer clueless!
Anyways...anytime that I have spent on the computer is either on facebook or reading other people's blogs so I have fallen behind.
We had dinner with friends a couple of weeks ago and I have a funny video to post and cute pics
and
I went to PA to see my brother...lots of pics from that trip.
I thought of my blog-o-sphere friend...Ms. Furious and her fascination with the Amish.
Here are some photos for you-Ms. F.
I forgot my camera the day I took these....They aren't very good quality because I used my phone. I can't even believe I forgot my camera...I take my camera everywhere.

Don't like what I see
I don't understand! I am looking at my blog from my brother's computer in PA and it looks totally different than it does on my home computer. Is it because he has a different browser? My blog looks different on my dad's computer too. It looks absolutely fine on mine. Hmmmm....what am I going to do? I'm going to do some experimenting I guess while I am here in PA.
I can't believe it is gloomy here.....my brother has a pool and I want to be in it!
By the way.....feel free to comment and tell me what I need to do to get my blog to look the same on all browsers.

Evan eating carrots.
Evan has eaten cereal...not a fan. He has eaten peas....not a fan. Now he has eaten carrots and he deosn't look like he is a fan but he is more interested in the carrots than the other solids we have tried. I'm sure after he practices he will get good at eating.
By the way...Evan was weighed on Tuesday and he was 12lbs. 14 ounces. and 23 inches long.
I am thankful for our little Evan...thankful that he is growing and he is such a happy baby.

Our trip to see friends
A couple of weeks ago me and the boys packed up and drove about 3 hours to meet friends.
She is a dear friend of mine from back in the day. We've been friends for almost 20 years. We don't get to see each other much since we live in different states but we talk often. Our lives have become so busy because we both are mommies now. She drove 3 hours as well...we met in the middle.

We stayed at a great hotel that had a playground

and a pool. Did you see all those monkeys hanging around on the playground? Poor girl had to hang out with all those boys.

Ryan was so proud of being able to hold his breath and go under water. Whoo Hoo-RYAN!

Our rooms were right across from these amenities and right next to each other. It was a small town so it was great that we picked a place with a playground. We went to the local children's museum as well. We had a great time. They played at the museum and
Daddy missed us...gave us gifts when we came home. The boys are into Star Wars and legos so how appropriate...Chad got them Star Wars legos.

I got pretty flowers.

Don't think Evan got left out...he got a Curious George.

Check out some pics from our trip that made it to Weekly Winners.

We couldn't figure out what the smell was that kept creeping up on us while we ate. At times, we smelled dog food and then we would smell garlic....it was wierd. The boys really thought it stunk...they held their noses while they ate.
What a bunch!

In the evening the kids watched a movie in one of the rooms together and then we put the kids to bed in separate rooms. When they fell asleep, my friend and I would sneak out and sit in front of the rooms and catch up with each other's lives. We hope to do this again next year or one of us might drive all the way to the other's house. Who knows? The kids were babies the last time they saw each other. We figured out that we hadn't seen each other since the holidays of 2005. Ryan had just turned 2 and Jack was 6 months old. Of course, Evan wasn't around. It was something else...having 5 kids under the age of 6 to entertatin for 3 days and 2 nights.
